Like many of Patrick's books this is a timely and somewhat thought provoking approach to consulting, coaching, sales and marketing, and for anyone who is a service provider. It is a discovery of what true vulnerability and transparency looks like in action. It challenges the way most service providers would approach dealing with customers as it requires a huge level of trust and willingness to do what is right for the customer, even if that means potentially losing the business.
