SET THE STANDARD FOR SELF-UNDERSTANDING
DiSC Dimensions of Behaviour provide a nonjudgmental language for exploring behavioural issues across four primary dimensions:
- Dominance: Direct and Decisive. D's are strong-willed, strong-minded people who like accepting challenges, taking action, and getting immediate results.
- influence: Optimistic and Outgoing. I's are "people people" who like participating on teams, sharing ideas, and energizing and entertaining others.
- Steadiness: Sympathetic and Cooperative. S's are helpful people who like working behind the scenes, performing in consistent and predictable ways, and being good listeners.
- Conscientiousness: Concerned and Correct. C's are sticklers for quality and like planning ahead, employing systematic approaches, and checking and re-checking for accuracy.
BRING OUT THE BEST IN YOUR SELF AND OTHERS
DiSC – Insights can help employees at all levels:
- understand their own behaviour
- learn how and when to adapt their behaviour
- improve communication
- promote appreciation of differences
- enhance individual and team performance

| FISH!: Workplace Relationship Building and Team Engagement |
The FISH! Philosophy is a set of simple, practical tools to help you create the work culture you’ve been looking for. It’s a way to build stronger relationships that equip you to face your challenges more effectively. The FISH! Philosophy fulfills the most basic needs of human beings who, in turn, fulfill the needs of the organization—more connected teams, better communication, extraordinary service and higher retention.
FISH is a way of life. It is a set of simple, interconnected principals that everyone can tailor to their own life and work. It is about choice. When one chooses to make these principals part of their life, no matter what is going on around them or where they are in their life’s journey, they will notice a positive difference in their relationships and within themselves. When people are at choice they take more accountability for the type of life they want. A shift in beliefs and behaviours often starts with just one person and attracts others. When a community of people commit to it together, the effect is powerful, creating a higher quality of life at work. That is FISH!
The FISH workshop is not a program that can be imposed or mandated. It is not meant as a way to “fix” others. It’s not a bandage to cover problems such as lack of trust or responsibility. It is not a replacement for strategy, tactics, experience, continuing education, or hard work. It is not a guarantee against the quickly changing environments within a work place. It’s not a magic pill. It doesn’t happen over night.
FISH workshops can be customized from 4 hours to a full day session.
